  1. Mix all ingredients (sponge except oil and Apito Panco Paste) on low speed for 1min then on high speed for 2 – 3mins.
  2. Add oil and Apito Panco Paste on low speed for 1min.
  3. Pipe batter onto the baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Baking 180°c for 20 – 25mins.
  5. Mix all ingredients (Cream) on low speed for 1min then on high speed for 2 – 3mins.
  6. Apply ingredients (Cream & Filling) onto the cake and roll it as a swiss roll.
  7. Decoration with ingredient (Decoration) as your desired preference and it is ready to be served.
