Premix for lemon-flavoured cheesecake with delicious flavour and rich creamy texture.

1. Add Pettina Cheesecake Mix to water and whisk on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down the mixture.
3. Then mix for another 3 minutes at top speed.
4. Press 50gm of biscuit crumb base evenly over the bottom of a foil.
5. Fill the foil with 275gm of cheesecake mixture.
6. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
For both baked & refrigerated cheesecake. Freeze/thaw stable. For refrigerated cheesecakes blend with water then pipe or spread as desired before chilling.
